BUILDING ON OUR PROGRESS: ADVANCING COMMUNITY WELL-BEING THROUGH AUTHENTIC COLLABORATION

Coming together to strengthen collaboration and center prevention work in community-based approaches driven by the voices of community leaders, Tribes, and caregivers/youth with lived expertise. This Convening intends to share strategies around:

• Developing prevention approaches with community and lived experts to drive innovation.
• Authentically engaging and building relationships with Tribes.
• Accessing and integrating funding to sustain prevention work.
• Actual strategies to reduce disparity with input and decision-making from those most impacted.
• Building trust and accountability for lasting collaborative relationships.
