If a county does not submit a LOI, can they opt in to receive SBG funding at a later date?

Counties that elect to not participate and receive FFPS SBG funding early may opt in later by submitting a CPP. Counties should develop and submit to CDSS a CPP no later than July 31, 2023, to continue or begin accessing funding under the FFPS program.
