Merced County developed a CPP that selected the candidate population and correlating services by reviewing the local data, hosting large stakeholder events to get feedback, robust asset mapping with capacity assessments and all occurring through the cross-sector collaboration framework established. The candidate population has been identified to target ages 0-5, Black and Latino families as well as Pregnant and Parenting foster youth.
