You DO Have Time for Training!
CalTrin’s Training Tidbits are designed to provide short, on-demand learning—or microlearning. These trainings are “bite-size” so you can learn about a specific topic in just a few minutes, fitting them into your daily work as needed.
How to Use Training Tidbits:
- Watch a tidbit(s) for individual professional development.
- Facilitate a discussion on a specific topic in a team meeting.
- Share tidbits relevant to your work in an internal newsletter or team discussion board.
- Incorporate tidbits applicable to your organization’s work into employee onboarding.
- Assign a tidbit(s) as pre-work or a follow-up resource for more in-depth training on a related topic.
