The CE-CERT model (Components for Enhancing Clinician Experience and Reducing Trauma) is an evidence-informed, synthetic model for reducing emotional distress for workers in the helping professions. This 90-minute training will provide an overview of the five model components and guided opportunities for you to self-audit your current strengths and needs for developing these skills. The result of this training will be an awareness of the skills needed to support autonomic regulation in a trauma-exposed environment, and specific action targets for addressing areas of need.
