Collaborative Leadership: Aligning Goals, Driving Results

Leadership is about more than just managing tasks or overseeing teams – it’s about providing direction, connecting people, aligning their efforts, and creating an environment where everyone works together to achieve big results. Great leaders know how to bring out the best in their teams, break down barriers that hold people back, and inspire a shared vision that drives success.
This workshop will require active and engaged participation in breakout rooms.
In this two-hour session, we will explore how to:
- Set a clear direction that inspires and motivates.
- Align goals across teams to work better together.
- Build trust and commitment for stronger collaboration.
- Break down barriers between teams to drive innovation and results.
Who Should Attend: Mid- to senior-level leaders.
IMPORTANT TRAINING INFORMATION:
- This is an interactive training. Please be prepared to participate in activities such as group discussion, break out rooms, and/or demonstration. Your training experience will be best with the use of a web cam, audio, and a training environment conducive to active participation. This workshop will require active and engaged participation in breakout rooms.
- This training will be recorded. The recording will be available to registered learners within 2 days of the training.

MEET THE SPEAKER
As a Training Coordinator for CalTrin, Jessica’s primary goal is to ensure staff, administrators, and stakeholders working in child abuse prevention services have access to quality training and resources. Her work in Training and Development has focused on designing, implementing, and facilitating engaging and interactive learning programs. Jessica is passionate about public speaking and creating a safe and engaging learning environment. Jessica is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Certified Master Trainer ™ with the Association of Talent Development (ATD). In addition, Jessica is a Certified Trainer in Bringing the Protective Factors Framework to Life In Your Work (Children’s Trust Fund Alliance) and the Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening & Support (National Family Support Network).
