This form is required to complete the application for the CalTrin Supporting Families with Motivational Interviewing: Group Coaching Series. The form should be completed by the applicant’s direct supervisor. If the applicant does not have a direct supervisor, please contact CalTrin to complete the program application.

Session 1: 9/7/2023
Session 2: 9/14/2023
Session 3: 9/21/2023
Session 4: 9/28/2023
Session 5: 10/5/2023
Session 6: 10/12/2023
Post-Mock Interviews: 10/13/2023-10/19/2023 (scheduled directly with trainer via Calendly)

Coursework:

Participants should expect to spend up to 1 hour/week on post-training exercises throughout the duration of the series.
